About Me
I started this because I’ve seen how much pressure everyday finances and workplace demands can put on people. Often the support is there, but it isn’t always easy to understand or access. I’ve always been someone who likes to figure things out, organise information clearly, and help others feel more confident about their situation.
Over time, that naturally grew into supporting families with practical money-saving guidance and helping workplaces better support their teams. It isn’t about being a financial expert or a corporate consultant. It’s about being practical, approachable and genuinely helpful.
I simply want to make things feel clearer and more manageable for the people I work with.
The Mission
My mission is to reduce financial pressure and improve wellbeing by providing straightforward, practical support.
For families, that means helping identify entitlements, reviewing household costs and signposting useful resources.
For employers, it means supporting staff wellbeing, improving efficiency and creating workplaces where people feel informed and supported.
Everything I do is built around clarity, honesty and real-world usefulness.
The Vision
My vision is simple.
A future where families feel more in control of their finances, and workplaces recognise that financial wellbeing plays a key role in performance, morale and retention.
When people feel supported at home and at work, stress reduces, confidence grows and better decisions are made.
If I can play a small part in making that happen, then this work is worthwhile.
The Team
At the heart of this work is a simple team.
There’s me, Kim, bringing the guidance, the research and the passion for making support easier to understand.
There’s Bonnie, my four-legged wellbeing assistant, keeping things grounded and reminding me to take the occasional walk break.
And then there’s you.
Because this only works if it’s useful to the people reading it. The parents asking questions. The carers juggling responsibilities. The employers wanting to do better for their teams.
This isn’t a big corporate agency. It’s a growing community built on trust, shared knowledge and practical support. Every conversation, every question and every bit of feedback shapes what this becomes.
So yes, it may look small on paper. But in reality, this team is bigger than it seems.
